Terms and Conditions


  1. These free prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 16 or over except for employees of CMPi Ltd, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete registration using this form by 12th November 2008. You do not need to buy anything to enter.


  2. Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: name and email address. All registrations must be completed by 12th November '08, to be valid entries in the draw.


  3. Registration and attendance will ensure automatic entry into the prize draws. Should the registration be cancelled at any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.


  4. Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted.


  5. The draw will be made on 20th November 2008


  6. There are 4 prizes associated with Virtual Grad Fair. 6 pairs of tickets for a weekend sailing on a 32 metre Baltic Trader and 4 iPod shuffles will be given away in our free prize draw. Additionally each attendee of Virtual Grad Fair has the opportunity to claim 4 free issues of Building and Property Week magazine, as well as a 40% money-off voucher at www.tiesnlinks.co.uk


  7. The winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.


  8. No alternative prizes are available and the prizes are not transferable.

  10. The winners may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw


  11. By entering the free prize draws, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
